The attraction // The law of attraction
Today i wanted to write about an interesting theme, in which i have been focused since a very long time, it is about the attraction law, specifically about the contrast between the life that I want and the life I have now and how can I reach the life that I wish to have.
Human mind has the natural tendency of generating wishes and these are of course about things, people or situations that aren’t in our lives already, i mean we want what we don’t have anymore. These wishes are the result of the contrast generated between our ‘’reality’’ and the reality that we want to live, so there is a gap and we all want to disappear it to live a dream life.
I that sense i want you to think about why you don’t have it and how can you do to reach it basedon the law of attraction law principles.
The attraction law is the term referred to that universal order, the natural command that governs everything that happen to us, to this eternal interaction that exists between cause and effect in this duality world (I refer the things that I give and what I get). The basic principle of this law can be resumed like this universe everything is composed of energy, absolutely everything, and this energy has a vibration which is the way that it moves itself. This vibration counts with a frequency and a power, which I will explain later, and that everything that vibrates at the same frequency is attracted while the things that aren’t vibrating like this are refused.
During my trainer formation iheard a comparison which i think is the easiest way to understand it. Let’s see the case of a radio station, this has a frequency that is called dial in which you have to put your radio if you want to listen to a specific station, for example 104.5, 98.9 or anything else. If you don’t put the correct dial so it would be impossible to listen to that radio station and the program that you want to listen. On the other hand that radio station might have a limited reach zone, and is for that reason that its signal is only heard in a specific zone on your city, the whole city, all the states and also the entire country. So this way until now I must be aware that this radio station has a frequency and a power and if I want to listen to it I must to put the right frequency and to be at the correct geographical zone where the signal can be heard.
This example with the radio is what happens with every one of us, we are energy and we are also vibrating in a frequency with a determinate power. But it also happens with the things we wish for , such a thing, a person, or situation, because this as well as everything in the universe is also energy.
In this point we can declare already thati vibrate in a determinate frequency and i have attracted to my life everything that i have lived, i have had and who i have live with. This is the most difficult issue to understand especially because we haven’t been taught to assume the responsibility of the things that happen to us and we believe we are victims or beneficiaries of God, the destiny or the universe has for us. So if you don’t have what you have been wishing for is because you don’t vibrate with it.
But, how can you know how is your vibration,in which vibration is all of this that i want and how can i be in tuned with that frequency? These are the logic questions at this point. The thing that moves our energy is everything that we feel, we say, we think or we do; being the most important the emotion, in which I am going to focus this article.
Maybe you have Heard the phrase that is almost become in a cliché nowadays and it says that if you want to achieve something to must to believe it first. But there is something much more important to believe it and it is to feel it, you have to feel like if you already have that thing that you wish. It is said so easily, but if it was so everyone would have already all the things that they have wished for.
There are a lot of important things to consider in this, however this time i am going to focus on how you can vibrate with your desires in order to this start getting closer to you and eventually be part of your reality. The truth is that there is not such a thing beyond our minds that cannot let us feel the way we want to feel, and at the same time to get the thoughts that allow us to achieve that feeling. In such way, is pretty clear that the mind plays a decisive role in this game and you better put it by your side instead of having it against you. Maybe is it weird for you that I speak about the mind as something separated from what we are but it is true. What we are, the being, is like the passenger that goes inside a carriage, the mind would be the driver that drives that carriage, and this vehicle comes to be the representation of our body.
It isn’t necessary to be living what we wish to be able of feeling the same emotion, if it was it like this so you couldn’t feel it just like you were sleeping and dreaming. While we are sleeping we can experiment in detail the emotion of the loss of a love one, or making love with your platonic love and your body can respond in the same way in front of the same scenarios that just happen in our mind. So it remains clear the possibility of achieve this goal, and try to feel like if our wish is already done, even when it seems that we are not even closer of reach it.
So you should think in how you can feel these emotions. The most effective technique for it are the projections. What is to project? It is imagine living your dream or your wish already done. Take a few minutes a day to make this project and you will be travelling to this recurrent emotion and little by little you will be in tuned with the same frequency of your wishes. The recommendation is doing it daily and complement it with another exercises highly powerful. The combination of these three exercises will lead you to the achievement of your goal.
Complement
The first complement is the Certainty; about the thing that you wish is already there for you, even when you know that you don’t have it you couldn’t have any doubt that already exists and it is there for you. Is like travelling from Caracas to Madrid. The first thing to do it is having the intention of doing it, then you make some necessariesdiligences and after that you just get up in a plane and wait. At the beginning of the flight you are in Caracas, but you don’t have any doubt about being in Madrid from one moment to another even when you don’t know how to pilot a plane, or what ideal high it must have to travel properly, or what route must to follow, in fact it isn’t necessary to know everything to arrive to Madrid, just patience, certainty and some action. There are faster trips and some others that last a little longer, depending of the distance that it has to be traveled and if you travel by your feet or in a jet, about this details I will talk in another post.
The second compliment is a full disposition; to feel better along the day. In the mornings you should take the decision of being happy that day, put into it some activities that you really enjoy and make you feel good, to acknowledge all the beauty that is already there for you but in general you ignore just to focus in what you don’t like, what you don’t have or you don’t want.
