No-Sugar-November Challenge - Day XXX - Ta daaaa!

So this is it. This is me, after a month of no sugar/low carb/low GI challenge. The idea was to fix my face.

So the results are in - a month of no sugar challenge in order to battle acne.. is - ineffective!

What it IS effective for though is losing curves (which was completely not the plan) and moderating gassiness. But that's effectively that.

I showed the before and after picture to brother and he asked, which was before and which was after. xD



Ok, fine, I can't say there's completely no improvement. But what bothers me is that there were still new flair-ups throughout the month. If that weren't the case the results would have been decent.

And yes, fine, it has helped with getting rid of the worst, but it's not nearly good enough for what I had expected, seeing how everyone considers sugar and carbs to be the devil itself and the root of all evil.

As for December I'll eat whatever I feel like and focus more on physical activities to see if it yields any better results.

Maybe your next challenge should be - no dairy. I believe it can be the worst enemy for people with skin issues.

I understand your point, but this was actually something new for me as I had never documented my face this way before. I just wanted to have the pictures so that I don't have just my subjective take on how I feel about my face, but to actually compare side by side and see if there are any improvements.
I'll lay off the pictures for December. But experimentations will be continued..
