Heavy fog, monster rock fish, unknown depths! Catch and Cook Cajun Peanut crusted Rockfish fillet

The fog is heavy and the water is calm! I'm looking for a monster Rockfish, and find some interesting sea creatures. I brought my crab trap out and find some rock crab but realize I don't have enough room or ice. I end up returning them all to make room for a monster 15.5" Rockfish! I threw high low rigs, fish finder, but what hooked the big one was a drop shot! When i get home I make a Cajun Peanut crusted Rockfish fillet with sweet potato fries and steamed Broccoli.
