First day on steemit so i'm letting off some steam
Hi eveyone,
Just wanted to say hi and let you all know that ill be starting my blog of what I do every day, I may not be the smartest or the most interesting but I am going to try a new thing and that's sharing my life with you for fun. I hope to learn something from everyone here.
Today I will start with sharing about my commute home.
I commute every day about 34 miles, I know that doesn't sound too far because some of you commute further than I do but a lot of things can happen in these short 34 miles. I like to think that keeping a cool head is key to making my commute enjoyable I try not to let people that cut me off, do not use their blinkers, are on the phone etc bother me or else my commute can feel even longer.
However today for some reason I let some guy get to me. I was merging to the right and yes I did have my blinker on I also looked over my shoulder and checked all my mirrors. As I am merging there's a guy getting onto the freeway and decides to merge into the lane that I started to execute my merge into however he was pretty far back but for some reason, he didn't like that I got in the lane so he decides to swerve into my lane about a quarter of the way in then proceeds to get in front of me and start his windshield whippers ( yes with the fluid) So this set me off .
How did I react you ask??
Well.... I reacted like a child, I pulled up next to him ( on the shoulder lane ) and drove on it for some time.
Why did I do this?
well, the poor guy must have missed the small 38in Mud Tires the 6in lift and the no mudguards on my truck in his little g35. as I kept pulling forward I can hear all the rocks that I was kicking up hit his car and I was proud of this mainly because when he was messing with me he was laughing the whole time as if he had the upper hand.
Moral of the story here is don't be a jackass! relax when you are driving because you never know what can happen or what could have come out of the truck.
please share some fun drivng stories and how you lost it or how someone lost it on you.
