I am here to acknowledge the passing of SteemPeak and their announced end to posting capability today. I want to remind any users to save any drafts stored on that portal to their personal devices, because the rest of the SteemPeak features will disappear eventually, too.

SteemPeak was one of many community projects he trampled in his thirst for power in a system that was built on community. I don't even know whether this post will be visible to anyone in the current STEEM ecosystem.

On the chance anyone has missed me, I'm over on the other chain. It has been 11 months since I abandoned this platform to its fate, and I regret nothing except losing of connection with a couple content creators who stayed here.

Sun has not renounced his theft and censorship, so I do not intend to remain active here. I'll still be keeping an eye out in case there is any real reform, though, because I remain an optimist.

I salute all believers in a freer future, regardless of their chain of choice!

Sad that Steem has dropped a lot of support from many sites due to the actions of Sun but it's good to see the Hive community expand. Sadly, Hive is pretty undervalued compared to Steem. I wonder why that is.

It has been around longer. There seems to be a growing user base in Asia. Sun tying STEEM to TRON probably aids perceived stability. But the active, innovative devs and the majority of the English-speaking active community are all on HIVE, so I really don't get it.

I come to pay my last respects at this tombstone as one of my last acts on steempeak. haha

It seems I can still reply here. Well, you know how to find me where I am more active!
