Emotion skills
Becoming an adult and ceasing to be a child is not to stop having emotions but rather to not be governed by them. The controlling elite endeavour to stop the masses growing up so they can be controlled by manipulaing their emotions via the media. If, somehow, the masses could reduce their exposure to the elite controlled media enough to grow up, then emotions could be seen in a broader perspective and understood as just a state of mind at that time rather than how the world is.
Becoming more skillful with emotions is key to finding peace.
