You are not alone with this. I got the same memo too. This brings back memories from school years. Stupid people saying: "Are you going to invite that person because if you are, I'm not going to come. And I'm not going to be your friend anymore. Actually you will have to choose. Never to see the person I dislike so much or not seeing me and I will tell everyone that you didn't choose me you are not welcome anymore to my parties."
