The gray days
There are, of course. And very frequent!
There are days when the sun shines and life goes on as usual: things have not changed, nothing urgent is missing in appearance and yet ... We feel bad, as incomplete, as ... insufficient, as discouraged and strange . That day when you open your eyes and you do not know why, you bring a discouragement that was born in your dream, that sprang up at the top of the night and filtered into your soul thanks to who knows what dark and anguished associations.
That day when it's hard for you to get up. Yesterday it was all good! That day when you feel that nothing will go as you wish, that day that has no color, whose first hours are lax, suspicious or slight anxiety.
That day, it's a day that was born gray.
You can never avoid this. The chemistry of our body, the inertia of our psyche, the unknown reaction of internal factors to stimuli that we do not yet discover, want to paint us this day in gray. Opaque gray Depressive gray Passive gray. Marginal gray.
But...
What you can do, as soon as possible, is to take, yourself, the decision to activate your own brushes and take advantage of that neutral gray to flood it with different shapes: Green arrows, golden curves, white zigzags, blue dots!
You can convert in a few seconds or minutes that sad panorama into a realizable desire, a song that stimulates you, a silence that speaks to you.
There are no gray days ... they are all the same!
Who gives color is you.

Who is able to rejoice with the rain or admire the storm, is you. Whoever starts crying under a splendid sun or a wonderful sky, is you. Because it's not the days that give you color. You who can paint as you like, each day.
