Hi thinksalot! Honestly, I don't have a solution to your question- I'm sorry :( But I do agree with you, if something is worth my time, that I liked reading I definitely give it an upvote! It seems like you just have to really get a following of people who like your posts to ever achieve the high numbers your mentioning but I'm sure if you're dedicated you'll get there.
