My Day 017 - Sunday, Bad Week

Last week was really bad. Sunday was another lazy day at home, but I did a little bit of a bike ride, but it wasn't much. This week I will do my best even more.

In the past I always had goals I had to reach to deserve a cold beer in the evening. This made me very productive in the past. I think a strong monk life is nothing for me. So I will try it for this week to let me enjoy a Belgian beer at night when I reached all my goals that day, with a maximum of 2 beers... I think that works best for me. Healthy eating is still on and I still live like a minimalist, but I have to exercise!!! more and more!

From tomorrow on I will also rate my days!
