Today i read newspaper and find a good article about how listening is manadatory in themanagment. I would like to give you the summerisation of that particular concept.

Listening is very important skill which plays crucial role in an organisation and helps employees to understand the views and ideas of eachother. A good listener is the one who has open minded and try to understand the serial from the other point of view. Listener must reckon the story and reason behind his expression and body language.
