Verification issue
Bittrex what is that happening again? This time too my account is not only verify my id even I cant transfer my 0.0107 btc to my account.. what is that? Im trying from last 3-4days but don't know why again and again.. try again after 24 hours msg.. these securities should use for big amount but mine is not that much then why this is happening to me. @bittrex this again I'm not happy with your service. I have tried to upload my id and selfie there. But nothing is happening and now it is showing that I have tried so many times..
Anybody can you help me to get my btc from there?
I'm know this is my anger but I'm seriously depressed of trying that again and again..
Man I hope you can get access to your account soon. I know I've gotten a few email updates from them over the past week or two, but I'm not sure if it was regarding the issue you're experiencing.
Sir seriously I thought it will not take much time and I need that that's why I transferring them into my account but it already took 4 days and I'm trying so many times but nothing is happening thata why I have to post it here. Thanks for concerning my issue.
Hi @gulshannsaini, was the status of your account verified? I couldn't do any trading or what not until I verified recently, so my status is currently "Enhanced".
How many days you took to verify it and what documents you used as I'd? It's showing unverified in my account.
My verification was quite fast (if I recall correctly, within the day or the next day actually) - the verification document that I used was my identity card. There is a list of documents that you can use for verification though. What document did you use for the verification?
In that list it's showing that I can use any id for indian citizenship and I have done then same even I captured the actual image via selfie and recent clicks of adhar card id via camera.
Hmm, that does not sound good - you seem to be following the process but it's still unverified. Did they show why they did not verify your account?
No.. they just show that it will take 10 mintues and then reload the page and when I reload it the page again show the same that unverified..
They asked you to reload the page? Maybe by reloading the page it wiped out all the data, and so there was no verification done... I cannot be too sure about that though. Why don't you try leaving the page on without reloading it? Perhaps it might help (though I suspect that anything beyond a day without reloading means that something is wrong on their side...)
I already done that.. hahaha.. that's why i'm saying that I tried from last 2 days
