Bike still running but still poor

Quick update:

The bike is running well, I had an issue with the tyre bulging out, I was cussing the guy in the shop who sold me a different tube to the one I picked up but turned out to be the tyre, at least I have a spare tube!

Wish I'd taken pictures of the problem and documented the fix but there are plenty of vids on YouTube, basically some soap on the rim and some massaging, running a treat now.

The battery has fallen off a few times, when hitting bumps in the road, it's a bit worse for wear but still running. Really should just duct tape it in place, I don't really need to remove it.

Still really want to get a conversion kit for the full size bike, I'd be able to transfer the battery. As is ever the case I'd like to spend more and get a more powerful motor/controller and I want 2 wheel drive! It's the 2 wheel drive that would be an issue, I'll have to look more into it.
