Today was very tiring, I'm exhausted, but happy. No more curling, let's go to what really matters.
Day 7 - Workout Level 7
We had some more news today, it was a good workout.
Training Highlights
Lean Forwards
There are 10 seconds in the required position of the exercise. But there are 10 seconds suffered. It's a very difficult exercise, and from what I've come to realize, it's just an adaptation to the "FULL PLANCHE".
Full Planche
Burpees
This is still insane. Very hard to do, it's very tiring, my legs burn. And to make us sweat even more, we increased the number of Sets and Reps.
Wide Calve raises
It forces the calves much more than the regular one.
Core Burnout 1
This is the second burnout that appears in this training sequence. And this time it was the Core grid. He forced my abdomen hard, I felt completely burned.
My Opinion on Today's Workout
It's getting harder and harder, and I get more and more fatigued every day. It's a very long workout, between an hour and a half, two hours.
Expensive but Rewarding.
Next workout I will post another photo of the evolution of the week.
