Siempre es común decir, que los hijos aprenden del ejemplo de los padres. En mi caso, también me tocó aprender de ellos, al ver a mis hijos, me sentí motivado y se puede decir que hasta en deuda, y comencé a nadar con ellos, es una terapia estupenda, mejora mis molestias por columna y cervical, me relaja y disfruto con ellos. Sencillamente la natación es un excelente deporte para todos.
