2018 is finally here so that means a new year to conquer, learn and experience.

Never Forget Your Veggies

Vegetables should be found on each and every one of your meals. Many people fail to eat enough and that the average amount consumed is fewer than 3 portions of veg.

It is OK to say NO

There comes a time when you just have to say NO. With this New Year look after yourself more. Take time to actually take care of yourself. It is not selfish to want to put yourself first every once in a while.

Get Strong

Get strong both physically and mentally. Lift some weights. I truly believe that lifting weights leads to both physical and mental strength. Many women avoid resistance training because they fear looking bulky, which will not happen. If you want to achieve that lean look, then resistance training is the way to go.

De-stress

This year you make time for yourself, do stuff that makes you feel happy and confident. We all in need some time to ourselves and some self-care no matter who or what we do.

Prioritise Sleep

Never underestimate the importance of sleep. What people forget and don't understand is that sleep and getting enough hours of sleep is important for our health and well-being. Do not compromise your sleep, make sleep a priority for your health and happiness. I understand that falling asleep can be difficult, here are some tips to help you sleep better.
