The auction house Julien's sold the statue of US President Donald Trump, in which he appears nude, without testicles and with a huge belly, for $ 28,000 to a personality of television fond of paranormal phenomena, the company reported.
The statue is the work of an anarchist collective from the west coast of the United States that created a series of five copies, named "The Emperor has no balls", and it is believed that the auctioned piece is the only one that was not confiscated or destroyed.
The five creations were placed in public places in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Seattle and Cleveland, in August 2016, in the midst of Trump's presidential campaign, which aroused international interest.
The only statue that endured was recovered by La Luz de Jesus Gallery, in Hollywood, before it was torn down, and now its owner, Zak Bagans, will show it at his Haunted Museum in Las Vegas, according to Julien's.
