Great that I read this post. I guess this is why I haven't got a sexy body yet despite working out on a regular basis. Perhaps, too much of a coffee guy also contributed to my lack of quality sleeps. May be, I'm just thinking that I have enough sleep, but my brain didn't rest well. Most of the time, I can wake up and tell what I dream of, probably the whole story. Lemme try to atleast follow this for the next few days see if it improve my workout time. Very much appreciate your sharing. Thanks again.
