No internet connection solution on mac (Wireless networking)
I modified network setting on my mac for constructing network in my laboratory and I happened to delete airport setting unintentionally. After coming back home, I cannot connect any wifi.
(My macOS version is “Sierra version 10.12”)
Firstly I try to restore default setting on my network but there is no way to accomplish my aim. And I searched some methods for this problem but they didn’t work well. So next I try another way to fix my problem. These is my method for connecting wifi again.
1. Navigate to the /Library/Preferences/System Configuration/, and delete the following files.
com.apple.airport.preferences.plist
preferences.plist
2. Restart your mac.
That’s all!
After restarting your mac, new configuration for airport will be created automatically. You can access wifi using new configuration.
