On Helping others

What if the wealth God has given you is a path for you to help others? What if the main reason you have what you have is to help make others happy? These and much more are questions we can ask ourselves when the need arises to help another person.

To help others when we have is a moral obligation on every one of us. But helping anyone beyond ourselves these days is becoming increasingly difficult as means of even making what to use to help others is becoming increasingly difficult to get.

But what if I told you that you can only know the true nature of a person when things are not going right? When conditions do not seem to be perfect, that is when you know the true nature of people and this simply means that maybe these are the defining moments of whether you are as you have said you are.

Helping others does not only make the other person happy. It makes us feel a certain kind of happiness in our heart that God has made it possible that we would be the pathway for another person’s happiness. Imagine how that feels for a second.

God can choose to put your happiness in another person’s hand and you would have to seek from another person before you get what you want, but NO, he has made that the person’s happiness would be in your hand. Imagine how grateful you should be for that.

So when an opportunity arises that you can help another person, be happy and grateful that God has empowered you to be the source of happiness for another person. Givers never lack.

The hand that gives is surely better than the hand that seeks and when God has made you the better hand by default, should you not be grateful? So be happy today when you are empowered to make another person happy.

Help another with no plan on getting something back from the person. Because if you are expecting something in return, you are no longer helping, you are simply doing trade by barter. But when you help seeking favor only from God, God would never leave you alone.

He would always be there for you when you help another for his sake. So go out today and help only seeking reward from God and you would never be disappointed. Never be in a hurry seeking the reward as God’s time might not be the same as yours.

Help as much as you can because no one knows when you would be one in need of help. Use what you have in the best way that you can and never leave this earth without helping those you could have helped.
