So you also take a stack for traning / after traning? Homemade stack?

I use TheProjectBetter stack with CBD Oil. Its pretty neat for someone with Adhd :D

I take creatine and agmatine before working out. And I fast 1-2 days a week.

LSD is good for working out.

Ah, proprietary blend nonsense. Yeah those are good to start you off and get your feet wet. But once you do a little research you'll find that you only want certain ingredients and you want to be able to control the amounts of those ingredients. I order my shit from Chinese chemical factories. Live on the wild side baby.
