Hello There @yo-mikhael, do you ask the manong vendor what kind of rice was to make binalot? or do you recognise it? white rice or glutonious rice? binalot remind me to pulot (grilled glutinous rice in my local language, Aceh) or pulut/ketan in Bahasa Indonesia.
