Bathroom Makeover
Bathroom Makeover
The bathroom upstairs was outdated, so we decided to update it. It had a green tub and a green sink. I refinished the tub because it was green as well. I did a post on how to refinish a bathtub.
As you can see in the picture it needed to be updated. It only had one sink for such a big vanity. It definitely needed to be a two sink vanity.
So we took out the vanity, patched the walls, and painted the walls. There was a cabinet in the bathroom that was stained. I wanted a white cabinet to brighten the room. It took me a while to sand and paint the wall cabinet, but I am happy with the results.
I purchased a curved shower curtain rod and I already had the shower curtain.
We made a vanity for the bathroom because of the cost of vanities were expensive. We made it a double sink vanity.
The light fixtures for the room we used pendent lights above the sinks. I feel in love with the pendent lights and I just had to have them. They were not very expensive. We purchased the pendent lights at Lowes.
Then the flush mounted lights I purchased those on amazon.
Here is the bathroom finished. It totally changed the look of the bathroom. All it took was little bit of time and work; we transformed an outdated bathroom into a beautiful new updated bathroom. We spend a little under $600 on this project.

Oh, my God! It looks so pretty! The bathroom of my dreams. Thank you for sharing! Do you mind if I borrow some elements? I am currently doing my house renovation. I have already found the company that will help me with a bathroom. Now I need a new design and furniture. I hope I will share my results soon as well.
