A healthy salad for lunch

Some days I don't feel like eating a heavy lunch so I prepare a salad instead.

I've been preparing a cucumber salad after reading about the health benefits of cucumber.

Three small cucumbers are enough for me and I top it off with some sesame dressing and garlic chilli sauce.

Total calories are around 250 I would estimate.

Sort:  

Good habits! But you never should worry about the calories in healthy food.

That's true... It's more to see how much allowance I have for some unhealthy food later.
