Keeping on pushing!
I'm now doing 2 x 60 rep sessions a day and a few smaller sessions when I think to do so, usually 30-40.
I had a few days off in the last week, one I feel is ok, the 2nd was me being lazy! I also had a moment of weakness and bought a bottle of Coke! I was at 109kg before this (both lazy and Coke) and 111kg after! Now I can't seem to lose any weight!
I feel simultaneously thinner and fatter, go figure! The mirror says I'm still fat! We may have to get a new mirror....
I stopped doing the crunches, really need to start those up again, I think they really helped!
Hoping to start doing some short walks, just along the high street to start then as I build confidence I'll try longer, we shall see
