Greater Noida: Dreams of 37 Thousand Homers in Danger

Greater Noida (Greno) and Greater Noida West have cleared the way for home to 16 thousand buyers of 26 builder projects. After the audit, the Greno Authority has included them in A, B and C categories.

The Authority will also help in completing their projects and will review it every three months. While about 22,000 bogs of 22 projects, including Amrapali, can be trapped. These authorities have been put in the danger zone i.e. D category.

Alok Tandon, CEO of Greno Authority said that out of 107, 48 builders have been audited. They are divided into A, B, C and D categories. A group has been placed in a group whose project is running from time to time and all payments have been made. In this, only Supertech's Omicron project has been kept.

B-Katigiri has 8 builders Unitech, Mascot Group, Nandi Group, Gulshan Holmes, JNC The Park, ABA Core Cherry County, Future World and Today Homes. There are 17 builders in C category. In the next phase, there will be an audit of 25 builders. After that their category will be decided. Projects of remaining 34 builders will not be audited, as some of these projects have been completed and others are going to be completed.

Away from A, B, C
Vivek Goyal, senior manager of builder department in Greno Authority said that there are 26 builders in A and B category. These are the builders who are working and whose projects can be completed. All of them have given their Action Plan Authority. Their cash flow is also fine.

It is expected that in the first three categories by 2020, the position buyers of about 16 thousand flats will be available. For this, the authorities will also give every possible help to builders. They will be reviewed every three months. Each case will be disposed of separately.

D category will have trouble
In D category there are 22 builders like Amrapali, Artha Towni and Greetings, who have sold about 37 thousand flats in their projects. These are the builders whose projects are suspected to be complete. The case of Amrapali is in the court. Amrapali has the highest 32 thousand bayers.

They are not even making the builder's authority. Some builders are also in jail. So D category has been put in the danger zone. The eyesight of the authority rests on the court's decision.
