Crash and Burn + A smoothie!

I used to crash and burn after 10 minutes of chores. I remember vacuuming at the beginning of my burnout and man oh man, I felt queasy, I felt like I was going to be sick. Sometimes I would get sick, because my immune system would crash, so I would catch a cold or something. My energy was low, and I just could not do anything. No physical energy or capacity, no focus or concentration, very low mental and emotional energy. It would take me a few days to a full week to recover.

So I'm feeling like that again today, a crash and burn symptom, zera energy, very little focus, feeling iffy and queasy, and it'S the second day BUT this is after 6 HOURS of PARTYING. I went to my friend's birthday and I was able to stand for long periods of time, I'd sit to conserve energy, I chatted with so many of my friends, I even danced a bit, more like moving with enthusiasm haha. At one point, we stepped on beer bottles that were "hidden" on the floor. A friend of mine was wiping the floor, while some of us girls were dancing and cheering him on, and totally not helping him. He was so proud of himself when he was done, until he knocked over ANOTHER hidden bottle of beer. I mean, there was a table, why not put beers on that?

Anyway, it was loads of fun, but I've crashed and burnt. I'm taking all my tinctures to stay healthy and sleeping a lot. I hope I will stay healthy, because this weekend E3 starts and I want to watch and make video reviews of each press conference from each game developer (there are 6). So this week, I'll take it easy and recover. But at least the way I feel has come following a long time of partying (and I did not drink much, 2 ounces of cordial I had brought only). This is a big improvement.

Anyway, all to say that I've not felt well enough to make myself a smoothie this week (for Smoothie Sunday), but I want to share one I made the other day. I don't always share my Sunday smoothies, not if they're a repeat of the same old I usually do, but today there really is no real smoothie.

BUT the other day, it was Almond Milk and a Granny Smith apple. Just that. It was sweet enough, and it actually tasted quite good. Oh and some ice.
