Interesting post. I spent much of my life in construction, but in the other side of it-the dirty hands part. Mostly I did equipment repair so I got to know all the contractors. I actually really enjoyed my part.

Wow! Awesome, and thanks for the feedback.You guys are really the backbone of the contractor.You the technical guys are the real engine room I must say. A contractor won't pick up the tools and work himself,they all relly eventually on the "last" man's input. It's a pity most of the construction sites back here do not have enough benefits for these set of people. They have them on their projects and they're off after then. In fact, most do end up not having a proper plan for their lives as they expend their daily pays as they come.
