Just say NO to his/her threats, ignore it, go on about your steem way. Bullies should not be tolerated, bullies think they are the only ones with rights or grievances. Instead of seeking a solution they bring out their fist to just knock the competition down. They do not understand, likely do not know the meanings of over half the words you used, all they understand is that when they threw a hissy fit their mommy would always cave in to their demands and so they think everyone is as weak willed as their mommy was. They will continue to whine moan cry and beg for the rest of their lives, so it is best to not give into them.

I would not be to concerned with the amount of his down vote, look at how many people vote for markymark as a witness? he will never be able to down vote all of them with anything close to a dollars worth of a down vote. He would be lucky to be able to remove $0.02 (two cents) from a post, well that's my two cents worth on the matter.
