The benefits of bathing in the sea for health

Almost 3 months I have lived and settled in a fisherman's estate on the edge of the coast. Beach views, fishermen, and vast expanse of ocean water so the usual view every day. Amid the fun of looking at the vast expanse of ocean water that sometimes I think whether the sea water only as a place to live fish and other sea creatures, or as a place of livelihood of fishermen, or just a place of recreation? .Whether the sea water is beneficial to health ?. well I am wrestling blogs that discuss issues around health.

Departing from the questions that I look for references from various sources that discuss about the benefits of sea water especially for health. With a purpose other than for the purposes of writing on this blog also to share useful information for us all. Because I always remember a saying that says "The good of the people is the one who is beneficial to others". And the results you can see below!

The Benefits Of Sea Water For Health

  • Healthy Skin

Sea water has a more diverse content than fresh water, or ground water. Sea water contains salt, potassium chloride and minerals such as magnesium. Salt content in seawater can help remove toxins from the skin. The toxins will peel away and release themselves together with dead skin cells, and will accelerate the growth of new skin cells when dead skin cells have been peeled off.

The content of magnesium in sea water also has benefits to moisturize the skin surface. Magnesium content can make the skin look fresh and shining glow. The content of salt and potassium chloride in seawater also helps healing the wound on the skin. Both of these substances are able to cure irritation of the skin, stirring inflammation that occurs in the skin and psoriasis including minor injuries that occur in the skin.

Blood Circulation
Kandugan found in sea water is the same as the content or composition of human blood plasma. This equation of composition in seawater will make the blood circulation becomes smooth, after soaking in sea water in the morning, at least for 30 minutes. In addition to blood circulation, bathing with sea water in the morning will make blood pressure to be stables.

*Curing Respiratory Disorders

In the morning, sea water will evaporate and it is very good to overcome respiratory problems, whether caused by flu, bronchitis or sinusitis. Salt content in sea water will help mucus and snot in the respiratory tract becomes more fluid and more easily out .

*Keeping Body Fitness

Bathing in the sea, or rather on the beach will help maintain fitness especially when bathing by swimming in the sea. By swimming in the ocean in the morning, the muscles in the shoulders, arms and legs will move. Muscle movement body.

  • Healthy Up To The Elderly

According to research conducted by Hardvard Medical School, fishermen or people living around the sea or beaches have a longer lifespan due to sea air in the morning.
