Do you know who you are?
If you don’t know, no one will know either! If you confuse people, you’ll have to work harder to build their confidence in you.
To be a leader:
You must be who you are, all the time.
- Your personality is your brand.
- What you stand for, is your motto.
- Your morals are your passport.
- The way you dress is your style.
- Trust is built on your behaviour.
Your unwritten CV:
Your gestures and habits can betray you or advance you.
- Your personality goes before you. When people want to work for your firm, they want to know who they are going to work with and how they `handle’ people. Whether the guy is a `mean old geyser’ or a helpful mentor.
- If you’re an artist, people want to know what you’re really like. It adds more character to your paintings. Your personality speaks volumes about your paintings.
What has this got to do with blogging?
The way you write says a lot about you. The language and jargon you use portrays your personality.
- The way you describe things shows how you feel about things. Negative or positive? Whether your blog is dull and boring, or fun, interesting and exciting to read!
- How you explain your personal experiences, builds trust, integrity and authenticity.
- The way you design your website and setup your blogs with headlines and images, is your style.
Knowing who you are helps you:
When people get to know you and what you write about, they know who to go to for advice or for fun. You not only become their friend but also their mentor.
- If your personality is incredible, your blogs will be incredible too. Because that’s the way you think.
- If you’re an action person, your words run on quickly, your blogs will be full of action and things to do. People love action, and eagerly come back for more.
- Whatever you do, have fun doing it, people feel you excitement. Upbeat stuff is great to read. People will love you for it.
You are an individual and owe it.
Your blog is a way of expressing your thoughts. People see your thoughts, see how you imagine yourself and they follow you. It is important to find like-minded people, those who are interested in what you are doing.
I agree with your words:
To be a little crazy, it makes you an unusual and interesting person.
Thank you
Been different makes you stand out from the crowd. But also being an interesting person, helps to keep your followers. The crazy things you say, makes people want to see what next you will be up to.
This is a good piece of advice. Your blog attracts people of a similar mind. The way we feel about things manifests and people are able to notice it.
Hi. You are always there to cheer me on, thanks.
Lol.. i sometimes pass by and say hi. Your posts are interesting.
where have you being!!? or more like.. yeah I've been kinda busy for a while so maybe i have not being seeing your posts in a bit. anyway as usual a good lesson to learn from you and like you rightly said, a persons personality is truly felt from what they write. sometimes you read an article and its like you are sitting right by and listening to the writer. So in conclusion my opinion is that for one to be able to write interesting articles you will need to develop your personality to an interesting one!!. hoping to see the next one.
You are quite right, I was off line for over a week, trying to get a better internet connection deal. It is nice to know I was missed! Thanks for keeping an eye out for my articles. I wasn't lazy though, I continued to line up blogs for future posting, while off line.
Quite pathethic that some people come to this platform to put put up all sort of crap and expect a huge payout later. Work on yourself and become an incredible person. Your blog will become incredible and your payout will become incredible too 😄😄 Good stuff
What you said is true. If we work as a term, we can lift Steemit's image, by sharing positive helpful blogs. That is, make Steemit an incredible social platform.
Surely. I visualize a future where steemit will lead the crypto ppatform while all others will just follow. Thanks for this post

Really true words and i agree with you, our body language, expressions and tone is an Resume of our personality and same way in our blogs, the way of writing and using other creative stuff in our post reflects the creativeness of your thinking and it attract more audience and they will follow you for read more stuff. Thanks for sharing this informative post with us.
Stay Blessed. 🙂
The first thing anyone has to do to be successful is discover who you are. You know your strength and weakness, know what you can and cant do. You cant tell a Lhasa to do a Greyhound job. There are so many writers on Steemit but what is your strength. You are a romantic writer and you start writing about self confidence, I have corrected so many people through their comments. Discover who you are first
It's fun getting to know who you are. One way, is to forget what people MAY think of you and write from the heart, all the things you ever wished to do, say. or whatever. It's great fun being who you are, and not what people want you to be.
A bit off topic, but: if your intention for this life is to truly find yourself, then you have to become lost. If we become still (instead of swimming) in a muddy river, the mud around us will settle and the water will become clearer. Cheers! : )
As to becoming lost: You have to leave behind what other think think you are. And be a new exciting person... the real you.
Good points. Important to remember for artists. I see so many trying new styles all the time instead of building a style people can go to and trust.I make more than 50% of my income from custom art most months. People hire me because they know what to expect.
