The hearing in Comilla and Narail cases ended, order is due tomorrow

The High Court has fixed the date for the order on Monday for three applications filed by BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia for bail in two cases filed in Comilla for defamation and defamation charges against Narayani. The High Court bench of Justice AKM Asaduzzaman and Justice JBM Hassan fixed the date for hearing on the hearing on Sunday.

Zia Orphanage Trust, convicted in corruption case, has been lodged in Nazimuddin Road jail of Old Dhaka since February 8. Khaleda Zia is in jail in Old Dhaka. Khaleda Zia's lawyer Moudud Ahmed said that there was some obstacle in the release of BNP chairperson. He will not be released right now because he has been accused in several cases pending in the lower court. Then Khaleda Zia appealed to the High Court seeking bail in five separate cases, of which the hearing on the bail application of three cases today ends.
