Got my second Android Wear watch, for tinkering

I bought this LG G Watch on eBay for $25. I'm not planning on using it as a normal watch, however. Instead, this is my dev device. I've rooted it and installed a custom kernel that overclocks the accelerometer. I'm trying to recreate the work done by the ViBand team with their bioacoustic sensing smartwatch. Unfortunately, the custom kernel was built for Android 5.0.1, so it's quite old and can't be updated. Finding the ROM images for 5.0.1 was quite tricky, I ran up against dozens of dead links until I managed to find one that worked. I'll be posting more about this project as I make progress.
