Don’t let Social Bias Stop You from Becoming a Successful Man

BW – Times are tough for everyone I know this but sometimes my situation makes me feel like giving up. I seem to run into to people consistently that try to get in my way. What do I need to do to keep my motivation going?

Here is what I know about life. As a man you will encounter discrimination, confrontational women, bullying in many cases, fair weather friends, racism…,you name it. Nevertheless as a man you need to learn how to circumvent social bias or what I like to call haterism if you want to become successful. Hard times and success go hand in hand. As a man, the more difficult times you go through to attain success the more gratifying it will be when you finally attain it. Edmond Mbiaka states that, “Until the end of time, a winning positive attitude will always conquer all struggles, challenges and obstacles.”

I think one of the major reasons that men find themselves in the situation that they are in currently is that we live in a world that teaches us how the world is supposed to be like instead of how the world really is. Racial discrimination is supposed to be a thing of the past, people are supposed to be civil to one another, governments are supposed to look out for the best interest of the people, women and men are supposed to form fairytale happily ever after relationships. However the harsh reality is that life runs counter to what we are taught, then as a consequence of not understanding how life really works, most men self destruct.

This is why as a man you have to learn to expect hardship. Hardships build a mans character and helps him to learn how to take charge of his life. Thus, when a man faces his problems he will stop trying to hinder the success of the men around him. He will stop being a slave to a scarcity mindset. He will stop competing adversely for the attention of women and he will carry out the the virtues of universal brotherhood. But he can only accomplish these motivations when he recognizes why overcoming obstacles leads to personal prosperity.
