Something happened with our ability to broadcast ETH transactions late yesterday. Several of our developers stayed late to get a bandaid solution in place, but it appears to have sprung a leak again overnight. This is a top-priority issue for everyone in the office this morning.
We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience, but I want you to know that we have not lost any transactions. We will be scouring the various blockchains to make sure of this, and so far in my own efforts in this direction it appears that our system has appropriately recognized and flagged each of the failed outputs. Worst-case scenario there will just be a little longer of a delay before you receive your trade.
Again, we are very sorry for this trouble, and we appreciate your patience in this matter while we get things taken care of.

No worries - we understand that your Steem is hard-earned, and we take handling all of our customers' cryptocurrencies very seriously.
But we have good news! Our ETH service is back online, and everything looks to be running smoothly again :)
