EOS Mediterranean Road Map

As an EOS BP and incubator candidate, EOS Mediterranean is already implementing and co-operating with blockchain projects in Spain. However, in terms of the EOS philosophy, our aim is to provide individuals and communities with tools to live freely and for personal development.
Therefore, the success of EOS Mediterranean and EOS blockchain depends on the free and strong adoption of our tokens. Areas of action and costing buckets:

• Mediterranean EOS incubator
• Events – meetups – speeches
• Social impact and positive vibes

Operations are funded by node members and having access through career projects to VC funds or investors. We plan to keep our independence through token rewards and want to maintain the well-being of the community.

• Investors / Cost: Allocating up to 42.5% of token generated to cover running cost and investor rewards
• Eos Medi Foundation: Allocating 42.5% of tokens generated to funding DAPPs projects foundation structure
• Eos Medi staff: Allocating minimum 15% of tokens generated to reward our staff and co-operators

EOS Mediterranean Incubator

With the group mainly located in Madrid (Spain), we own physical infrastructure in 5 Calle San Bernardo; a place where we can be reached and our developers can visit us to seek support for their projects.

Having a physical location will help us and the community to get together and exchange ideas to make the latter wealthier in terms of projects and potential development. However, it will also help individuals to get connected to each other in guanxi style as we believe in globalization and networking.

In a VC style, our infrastructure and team will provide individuals with access to funds, mentors, clients or any other input that our “customer base” requires.

EOS Mediterranean is open to any suggestions or proposals. Based in Madrid the team has frequently moved around the Mediterranean area in different environments and industries. These important cultural experiences have helped set us on the correct path and opened us up to new ideas and experiences.

We consider EOS to be a revolutionary project and product, one where it is hard to predict the evolution and “final end”; we need to be open to new ideas that can make this journey more inclusive.

Social Impact and Positive Vibes

In trying to follow the EOS philosophy, a main aspect of this social and economic inclusive tool for individuals and communities is to help them become sustainable and efficient. In a region where there is a strong pool of young talent, this area has a strong potential to become the leading DAPPs hub.

Culture and tradition are also drivers of the Mediterranean lifestyle and an extensive number of positive themes for DAPPs

Technical Scalability of Project

Initially, based on AWS services, our project will decentralize the technical infrastructure among 4 different regions in the Mediterranean area.

Our technical team is also a main input for project scalability and services to the community; the team is working closely with academics and business professionals, expanding the resources and people involved. The evolution of EOS blockchain will be monitored to enable the team to gather the required technical expertise.

Computing capabilities and decentralization are the main objectives of EOS blockchain, therefore having access to a pool of interns co-operating with different academic entities in Europe is essential. Our social hacking team base and business experience require strong technical support for the team to focus.

With secured funds for the technical scalability of the blockchain, the team is prepared to bring in-house relevant expertise for the well-being of the community and the support of other operational nodes and computing processes.
