Smart Estonia in the eyes of Wulet.
They say that Estonia adapted blockchain long before Satoshi Nakamoto introduced the world to Bitcoin. Presumably, the search for a more secure options by the government started because of a cyber attack in 2007. Since then the Estonian government encourages the massive blockchain adoption for a very good cause. The best that Estonian government could do was to provide its citizens access to their personal data. Obviously, a fast and secure access.
