"Women see technology from a different point of view."

To do this, he gives the following example: "A few months ago, together with two other engineers, with whom I was co-founder of an application for mobile phones for location, they said they did not care that they were located. But it was not my point of view. I do not feel comfortable, as a woman, sharing my location. Nissa highlights the special moment that the blockchain industry is going through. And as women are an opportunity for blockchain, and blockchain is an opportunity for women. A field where she says she feels comfortable:

"I think there's a lot of room for talented women. And, in general, the women I know are comfortable. It is a fairly inclusive industry. It is a fairly open community. Everyone who wants to work in this world has an opportunity. At least, at this time. "

This woman, who likes Spain and recently spent a vacation in the south of this country, draws a community of blockchain that develops quickly, because it considers open, this being one of the main virtues that pushes towards evolution :

"This industry is developing very fast. If you have read a book five months ago, it is possible that it has already been somewhat outdated. "

Despite the accelerated development of blockchain, Nissa confesses realistically about the extension of this technology to society as a whole:

There is an easy comparison, which is with the internet, and how it has evolved. Honestly, evolution will take time. It will not be done in six months. But in six months things change a lot. For example, six months ago government institutions that have now pronounced on blockchain or crypto had not. The climate is changing and there are many aspects. I think that in a couple of years, maybe a majority of people are not using it, but, at least, a significant number will already understand it. And this is the important thing.

Szabo's realism seems to have been shaped by his experience in the design of government policies and that emerges when talking about ICOs.

"Taking into account my trajectory in the design of public policies and being realistic, that has a balance, they are good policies, legislation and good practices for the more stable maritime industry, I think the first objective is speed."

Szabo considers that the strength of the evolution of the blockchain industry is put by talent and its openness; but is aware of the fundamental role of regulation and institutional mediation to precisely help technological development and, above all, for technological innovation to be inserted into society.

It refers back to the ICOs and their problems. He describes that "in the United States, the SEC and the CFTC have proposed a new program, they have understood that there are a lot of good products that can revolutionize the world. But, on the other hand, there are also bad projects, bad actors and that there are frauds .... Therefore, you have to separate good actors from bad ones, because, otherwise, people are afraid and do not know if they are doing business correctly or are dishonest, are manipulating or are stealing. "

Returning to his pragmatic realism, he admits government intervention as necessary:

"Governments have to make possible big avenues, access, and, at the same time, expel bad actors. But, being pragmatic, this happens in all industries, in all parts of the world. "
