Due to the influence of bitcoin in China, their citizens see the value of cryptocurrency. Their government loves the idea of blockchain tech and A.I. advancements. They do not care for the currency itself for obvious reasons. Right now there is a huge boom in ICOs pushing new techs and ideas. I believe crypto currencies are freeing people around the world even deep in communist China!
