I like the idea of cryptocurrency in general, and Ethereum specifically. I like Ethereum because of smart contracts, and the trustless business opportunities that creates. Dcorp seems like an innovative investment vehicle that presents potential avenues to grow capital absent the majority of the problems that partners can bring to the table with their capital.
I have, to my recollection, never had a contract I entered into honored in it's entirety by the obligee, and this may be a way to eliminate such challenges, or at least greatly reduce them.
