Mr. Chi Jingchao, the Chairman of Link Entertainment Technology, was invited to participate in the 2nd China Online Literature + Conference.

The China "Online Literature +" Conference was supported by the State Press and Publication Administration and the Beijing Municipal People's Government. It was supported by the Taiwan Work Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Administration of Radio and Television, and the Chinese Writers Association. It was co-hosted by The Beijing Municipal Committee of Propaganda and the Chinese Audio and Digital Publishing Association, Beijing Press and Publication Bureau (Copyright Bureau), Beijing Internet Information Office, Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and other units.

With IP as the core, the conference emphasizes the concept of "+", fully mobilizes the current resources of culture, capital, animation, film and television, games, music, etc., and exerts the overall superiority of online literature to realize resource integration and provide multiple services for the development of Chinese online literature, derive a series wide range of pan-entertainment culture industries. In order to promote the development of online literature and related industries, this conference will focus on strengthening IP transaction functions and creating an "IP trading platform", including organizing IP activities, organizing IP roadshows, and holding IP transaction summits.
