On June 15th, “TEMCO” had an agreement ceremony for partnership with “Nenia” a company that specializes in distribution of eco-friendly food products, regarding a business involving development of blockchain based platform.

Under this MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), TEMCO and Nenia decided to develop a supply chain management system utilizing blockchain technology. Through blockchain technology, Nenia will be able to monitor manufacture to retail sales. Including, total integrated management of raw ingredients and distribution of food products. Also, creation of contents and compensation for them, a system where blockchain technology can be utilized.

TEMCO’s CEO Jaesob Yoon mentioned, “Through blockchain technology, we can increase the transparency of the product distribution records from manufacturer to consumers. This will widespread Nenia’s healthy products that are made with locally cultivated Korean wheat, meat made from antibiotic-free pork, and more. Hopefully, providing all the information will allow consumers to trust and purchase the safe products from Nenia."
