Quarkchain: Tackling Governance issues with blockchain

Quarkchain is coming and it's taking governance and scalability seriously.

QuarkChain wants to achieve 100,000+ transactions/second using a 2-layer sharding technique. • Different sized nodes based on stake, giving different levels of governance.
• Uses Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) to manage smart contracts.
