How to I Get an Investor to Finance Real Estate for Me

I run a non-profit and am looking to secure some properties for community development. I run a non-profit that educates children and teens in the after school space to develop 21st century job and life skills. I'm needing to get space to run my after-school programs. I have three properties in mind.

I saw something a while back about something on the blockchain where individuals could invest in property doing away with having to go to a bank and get a mortgage. Multiple investors could invest in a property and would collect rent from the inhabitants. Does anyone know what this service is called, or how I could get people to invest in the properties I'm trying to secure?
