Congratulations @coinfomo, I'm excited to see this project come together! This sounds like a "decentralized ad agency" that could provide a lot of value for both marketers and brands. The traditional ad agency model has a lot of issues where incentives are not always aligned with performance for brands. With the value of social media marketing, it seems like there have been a ton of independent ad agencies created by marketers that can make a great living running Facebook ads for small clients. I think Chillproject could be a great way to incentivize collaboration between these marketers as well as bring them new clients.
