Unsafe payment system where these channels are controlled by middlemen or a third party.

Solution
The solution where Builderium is come up with offering a platform which is connecting contractors and clients easily. From a client side, they simply need to submit their project details then relevant professionals will be informed about your proposal. These professionals go under the reverse auctions to decide who will complete the project and for how much. After all these clients get the lowest bid of submission. Now, from a contractor side, they can bid for any project and for construction worker they can find jobs in their area. BUILD token will also be used as a payment under the Builderium Platform.
