Talao: Next Generation Platform of Talent-on Demand Marketplace

Talao also will be removing the role of middleman.
Talao will give two important benefits of its platform that differentiated it with another platform. First, Talao is a secured, global, transparent, and fully decentralized platform to talent marketplace that can be removing the role of middleman. Second, through Talao platform, all talent will be given the full control in order to manage their own personal data.
Inside Talao platform, there will be five key stakeholders that already integrated into its platform. There are Talent, Communities, Clients, Third Parties, and Competitors.
Components of Talao Platform
Every platform definitely always have the main components to sustain the platform itself, as well as Talao that have some components within its platform. There are: Professional Reputation Vault, Decentralized Autonomous Organization, and Talent Marketplace Processes.
First, professional reputation vault is one of the most powerful tool yet beneficial tool for Talao community, client, and talent itself. Reputation vault has three different functions for each stakeholder. For the community, reputation vault is used to managing their anonymous certificates and accessing it through their job boards and marketplaces. Meanwhile, for the client, reputation vault will help them to solve the complex data. And for the talent, reputation vault is used to fully control their personal data and assets.
Another component from Talao is Decentralized Autonomous Organization. With this features, all stakeholders can easily be controlling their own data. Decentralized Autonomous Organization is including Decision-making process, reputation within the DAO, Objections and Disputes, Mediation, Majority and other types of votes, Funding proposals, Task assignment, and DAO management Tools.
And the last is Talent Marketplace Processes. In this features, all users are enabled to creating a resume, researching DAO’s talent pool, hiring the talent, outsourcing a project, giving talent’s rating, and sponsoring or promoting the talent.
The Talao Token
Every payments and transaction that happens within the Talao platform needed a media, and the media is Talao token. The company of Talao is making Talao token as utility token in order to access the marketplace service and managing the personal digital vault.
