Sure 24 Transactions Per Second Is Fast Hahaha

When people talk about how fast 'their' #blockchain is and it should replace #Bitcoin, just show them this link: http://blocktivity.info That should shut them up for a while... (A #zappl from a tweet I made earlier.)

That link totally shut me up.
This is not a testimonial. I was not paid to say this.

Yes, we are not biased in any way, of course. These are mere factuals. Just supporting what we have been telling the world all along.

Neither was I given 1 million Doge to mention it whenever I get the chance. No matter what the rumours state I am not expecting Dogecoin to surpass BCH in marketcap soon.

Steem, there can be only one.

Should now stop drinking coffee I guess.

I only like STEEM and Steemit because it's awesome. Not because they paid me, even though it does pay me... but they did not pay me to say this... unless someone votes for it. Then I don't know what to say. It was an accident. Maybe I should just flag my own comment. ...You're right. It's the coffee. Nabob did not pay me to say that.

It is awesome, fog yeah! Whoohooo!

Hm'kay really had enough caffeinne for a day.

It can get confusing. Do I first like it, or like it because it pays me to do so. Have I've been compromised as to sell my braintivity for Cryptos?

This reply was brought to you by Moreno, the coffee that keeps you going, even if you want to stop.

Ben al blij dat je niet dat nummer van Rita Corita ten gehore brengt ...

Breng me nou niet op een idee... Hahaha.

Homerun!

It's okay, I'm totally ZEN! Yin-Yang in balance. :-)

I have some doubts on the use of Operations vs transactions to measure throughput. I guess the issue is that it is harder to count the operations on Ethereum or Bitcoin than on Steem or bitshares.

On http://blocktivity.info it is about transactions. For Steem that would mean it can do about 3200 per second at full capacity. Just like Bitshares. In operations that would be three times that number for Bitshares. Close to 10K per second.

Ethereum and Bitcoin are performing at full 100% capacity and have transactions on hold.

Bitcoin can do about 3 txps, Ethereum about 12 txps. Even if they can do three opertations per tx, than it would be 9 and 36 versus 10K of Bitshares.

It is clear that both Ethereum and Bitcoin have a huge challenge keeping up with demand.

And DPOS blockchains really outperform them on many levels.

Seems to me the facts are all there.

The only thing that sucks is that I thought there will be more tx on steem by now. It seems like we have a lot of advertisement to do :-)

It has growth potential. :-)
And I do expect its txs to rise a lot once Smart Media Tokens go live.

nice post. i like bitcoin.it is a part of zappl.thanks for sharing
