The Country of Libertania

What if blockchain could crowdfund an island country that would be a safe haven for crypto-holders? What if this country's civilization was backed by blockchain tech? What if liberty minded individuals did not have to hide? Perhaps someone that knows how to create these Alt Coins can help me create an ICO with this idea in mind. It would be nice to get a team behind this idea. It's now obvious that the powers that be all over the world seek only to tax the population's wealth away to create debt, death and destruction. I for one am tired of hearing about the political powers trying to destroy innovation and liberty. If there is anyone in this community that would be willing to discuss this idea.
