CDRX - Tokenization of Company Assets in the Form of Security Tokens
Project idea
The classic stock market is still not available to the most users. Large entry limits, expensive prices of shares allow only large investment investors to enjoy the benefits of stock exchanges.
For the majority of ordinary users, the entrance to the classic market is closed. Numerous brokerage companies that make the stock market available to a wider range of investors charge large sums for their services. Broker commissions are often up to 25% of the amount deposited by investors. Withdrawals from brokers' accounts often take several days.
These difficulties scare many potential investors from taking the advantages of the stock markets. The traders who choose to use the services of brokerage companies lose large sums on numerous commissions and lose time for expectations of withdrawal.
CDRX proposes to solve the existing problems by tokenization of assets of companies which shares are sold on the stock market. As a result, security tokens appear. Security tokens are provided with shares of the companies. Holders of such tokens have the same rights as holders of classic shares, for example, to receive the dividends on shares or voting rights.
But unlike the classic shares, security token can present a small part of the share. It allows everyone to buy security tokens, even if the cost of one share is very high. The investor can buy a security token which is 1/10 or 1/100 of the company's shares.
Such an opportunity gives the access to the market to all participants without exception. The presence of blockchain significantly reduces the costs of buy and sell of security tokens.
CDRX is also creating its own exchanger, in order to simplify to investors the process of buy and sell of security tokens. In addition to the security tokens of the largest companies, cryptocurrencies will also be sold on the CDRX exchanger.
What has been done
The project team is working on the implementation of the idea. The possibility of tokenization of existing assets is now being studied by many financial and banking organizations. CDRX has decided to realize this idea to life and provide an opportunity for investors to buy shares of the largest companies in the form of security tokens, among which will be shares of Apple, Amazon and others.
For now the idea of CDRX has been worked out, meetings with regulatory organizations have been held and preliminary agreements have been reached with partners.
The closed beta version of the exchanger is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2018. The public launch of the exchanger and the launch of the internal token CDRX is expected in the 1st quarter of 2019.

The project team includes traders with the extensive experience in the financial and exchange sector, professionals in the banking sector with experience in American
Express Bank, JP Morgan and Standard Chartered, sales professionals, software developers, and people with the extensive experience with regulators.
Details of the ICO
Pre-ICO began on November 5th and will last until November 19th. At the moment, there is an 8% bonus on CDRX tokens.
The ICO will start on November 19th and will last until November 23rd, 2018.
Price of 1 CDRX is 0.5$.
Project development
At the moment the idea of the project is worked out, preliminary agreements with partners are signed. On the 4th quarter of 2018 is scheduled to launch a closed beta version of the exchanger. The open version of the exchanger will appear in the 1st quarter of 2019. In the 3rd quarter of 2019 will be launched a decentralized exchanger. From the 4th quarter of 2019 the project will begin getting the permissions from regulators to work with security tokens.
Conclusion
CDRX at the moment does not have a finished product, only a well-developed idea. But the project has an experienced team. At the moment, many banking and financial enterprises are working on the idea of tokenization of the assets of existing companies. The idea is very popular, but not yet solved by any of the competitors of CDRX.
At the moment, the project team is actively promoting its idea among the crypto community. The project has the active pages in social networks. It is discussed on specialized cryptocurrency forums, including the official forum of the crypto community Bitcointalk. There are publications in the press. The project is present on the ICO trackers and monitors and it has sufficiently high ratings.
